Cancel at any point during the seven-day trial and you are charged nothing at all — there is no refund to ask for, because no money moved.
If you are not satisfied, write to Support@bulbultalk.com within fourteen days of payment and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain why.
The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and simply stops at the end of the paid month. On the yearly plan we refund the unused whole months, minus the months already used at the monthly rate.
An unused code is refundable. A code already redeemed follows the rules above from the date it was redeemed.
We start the refund within two working days. How long it reaches your account depends on your bank or payment provider — usually five to ten days.
Nothing else: there are no setup fees, no cancellation fees, and no charge for exporting or deleting your data.
Cancela en cualquier momento de los siete días de prueba y no se te cobra absolutamente nada — no hay reembolso que pedir, porque no se movió dinero.
Si no estás satisfecho, escribe a Support@bulbultalk.com dentro de los catorce días siguientes al pago y te devolvemos el importe íntegro. No tienes que explicar por qué.
El plan mensual se cancela cuando quieras y simplemente termina al acabar el mes pagado. En el plan anual devolvemos los meses enteros no usados, menos los meses ya consumidos a precio mensual.
Un código sin usar es reembolsable. Un código ya canjeado sigue las reglas anteriores desde la fecha del canje.
Iniciamos el reembolso en dos días laborables. Lo que tarde en llegar a tu cuenta depende de tu banco o proveedor de pago — normalmente entre cinco y diez días.
Nada más: no hay cuotas de alta, ni cuotas de cancelación, ni cargo por exportar o borrar tus datos.
